Clinic Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Please inspect all orders carefully upon receipt. In circumstances where a product is defective, damaged or does not fit properly, please contact us for exchange at 403-256-0079 within 5 days of receipt of order.  We will replace these items as soon as possible.

Seasonal and special order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

In some cases, an exchange may no longer be possible depending on the manufacteurer. Please contact us with any concerns as soon as possible to learn more. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

ALL ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE.

All Veterinary Diets from Hill's, Purina, Royal Canin and Champion Foods are 100% Guaranteed by these partner food companies and can be returned for either full exchange or in-clinic store credit for the following reasons:

Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.

Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.

Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.

Refunds on pet food will be applied as a credit to your clinic account and cannot be reversed onto your credit card or returned in cash.
